1. DT EXPRESS CARGO reserves the right to inspect, weigh, measure, and refuse any shipment.
2. Prohibited items will not be accepted: weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, cash, chemicals, and any items banned by KSA law or destination country law.
3. Shipper declares that cargo is legal, properly packed, and all information provided is true.

1. Freight is charged on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
2. Payment is 100% in advance unless a monthly credit account is approved.
3. All customs duties, VAT, and taxes at destination are payable by Consignee unless shipment is booked as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)/ DOOR TO DOOR.

1. Shipper must provide correct weight, dimensions, value, receiver name, address, and phone number.
2. Shipper is responsible for proper packing. Damage due to poor packing is not covered.
3. Shipper must provide valid invoices and documents. Any fine or penalty from customs due to wrong declaration will be borne by the Shipper.

1. Transit times are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays due to customs inspection, weather, airlines, government action, or Force Majeure are not DT EXPRESS liability.
2. For local deliveries, 2 delivery attempts will be made. After that, cargo will be moved to our warehouse.

1. Free storage for 48 hours after arrival notification.
2. After 48 hours, storage fees of *20 SAR per day, per shipment* will apply until collection or delivery.
3. If cargo remains uncollected for 30 days, DT EXPRESS will issue a final notice. After 60 days, we have the right to auction or dispose of the cargo to recover freight and storage charges.

1. Our liability for any loss or damage is strictly limited to *30% of the freight charges paid for that shipment, with a maximum limit of 20 SAR per kg* as per TGA regulations.
2. We are NOT liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, market loss, or delay.
3. We are NOT liable for loss/damage caused by: Act of God, improper packing by shipper, inherent nature of goods, or seizure by customs/authorities.

1. Any visible damage or shortage must be noted on the Delivery Receipt (POD) at the time of delivery with photos.
2. Formal claim with Waybill number, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and clear photos must be submitted in writing within 7 days (Local) and 14 days (International).
3. Damaged goods must be kept for our inspection. Claims without inspection may be rejected.

DT EXPRESS CARGO has the right of lien on cargo. We may hold cargo until all freight, storage, customs, and other charges are fully paid.

This agreement is governed by the Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations of the Transport General Authority (TGA). Jurisdiction is Riyadh courts.

By handing over cargo to DT EXPRESS AIR CARGO, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms.
